This hotel is located in the heart of the medevial city, which quite interesting. However, the owner is aware that all GPS systems cannot locate the hotel, so guests end up driving incredibly narrow winding streets in their attempt to reach the hotel. It would have been nice if they sent an email prior to arrivial with directions & parking info.
The rooms are tired and not exceptionally clean. Breakfast is self-serve and, while they had three cappucino machines, no one could figure out how to use them. They had plastic wrapped, processed cheese slices - in ITALY!!!! - and three boxes of almost empty, stale cereal, along with two non-descript breads. There is a nice patio for breakfast, but not worth the aggrevation.

Room Tip: ask for a lower level room since there is no elevator

Excellent B&B, great rooms, good breakfast, a splendid view from the terrace, perfect bathroom, everything very clean, but the best thing is the owner, very nice, well educated person, kind and helpful. Elena the maid is also very nice. Car park Piazza Ravanusella, downstairs. Looks a bit dangerous, but in fact it is safe. We liked very much our too short staying there. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Ask for the big matrimonial one, it's the nicest.

Quiet comfortable & clean, centrally located in dead-end Via Giambertoni off the main Via Atenea in Agrigento Old Town, Giovanni makes you very welcome. Breakfast is a bit chaotic, you help yourself to various options including juice from the fridge & make-it-yourself coffee from the capsule machine. The breakfast room is bright with small tables opening onto a balcony with views over the plain below & a chance to compare notes with your fellow travellers. Great value! Car parking down below along Via Empedocle was free. The nearby temples were really something!

Room Tip: Some double rooms overlook the Valey of the Temples, single ones are on the street side but its quie...

We were a "walk-in" at this B&B after the place we booked appeared to have closed ( we gave them 15 mins in the wind and rain and then gave up). The location is ideal ; just of the Via Atenea, the main street through the medieval town of Agrigento with fabulous shops where the locals take their passeggiata.

The B&B appears to be a couple of apartments knocked into one so that the guest rooms are down a long narrow corridor. Our room was very large, big comfortable bed, huge wardrobe, modern en suite bathroom, good towels and when we opened the shutters a view over the town and out to sea. The host was very genial and spoke English. He gave us a map and good directions to get to the Valley of the Temples.

Breakfast was supposedly self-serve but in fact there was someone to make coffee (extremely good coffee as is common in Sicily) and the weather had cleared so we ate on the terrace and it was hard to tear ourselves away from the stunning view. This was a great outcome to an in auspicious beginning in Agrigento. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Try to get a room with a view of the sea

We were having difficulty finding anywhere decent to stay in the old town of Agrigento when quite by accident we came across this b and b just off the main shopping street, which is in an old mansion in the centre of town. We were welcomed warmly by the host, who showed us to a magnificent room with and old tiled floor, a beautiful old painted ceiling, a wardrobe you could live in, and a balcony with views over the town down to the sea. I could lie in bed and look at the view. It was clean and comfortable with an en suite, and the proprietor was most welcoming and hospitable. We were able to park our hire car in the narrow street outside the hotel (covered in pigeon droppings!) and go to the excellent restaurant almost next door. Breakfast on the terrace was good, especially the coffee, and we very much enjoyed our two nights there, at a very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with a view.

Very nice place to stay. Breakfast on the terrace with fantastic views. Extremly nice and very helpful owner. Great atmosphere. Would recommend it to everyone without hesitation.
Also Agrigento is worth a trip, beautiful little town.
