This hotel is shocking!! Reception staff weren't the friendliest. Hotel has the following signs in English. It is forbidden to take food or drink to your room It is forbidden to iron in your room It is forbidden to take food from the restaurant to your room and if u do so u will be fined 5 euros It is forbidden to smoke.... List goes on If u have a quadruple room don't expect to be able to open the window and u will want to because the room gets very hot! Room shabby, no tea making facilities, no fridge, darkand dingy. Prison has more comforts. 10 euro deposit for remote for tv. Restaurant expensive. Breakfast satisfactory but definitely will not return.

The night staff were very helpful and the food in the restaurant was good. However we had a problem with the key card for our room as it would not work, so we were constantly up and down the lift to get the night staff to get us into our room, which when travelling with young children was extremely frustrating. We asked the reception the next morning about a discount for our stay because of this, however he had to ask the manageress, called Karino I believe. However she walked straight past us and ignored us, she left the receptionist to deal with the problem and said because we could still access our room that this was acceptable!!!!! We found her attitude extremely rude and unprofessional and would suggest she takes a course in customer service.

3 of 5 stars Reviewed February 22, 2011

We stayed for one night 20th Feb 2011 - two adults and two children and paid £54 for an internet booking. The hotel takes about 15 minutes to drive to from Disneyland, is easy to find, and the reception staff speak good English and are helpful.

We were asked to pay local tax on arrival which got our backs up but it was only E1.85 so we breathed out again!

The room was small with 2 single beds and a bunkbed and the bathroom was dated but everything was clean and after a day at the park it was just what we needed as somewhere to crash.

The water was hot for showers and there were enough clean towels.

Breakfast was fine although as others have commented on here, get here by 9am or the croissants will have gone. Also there is cereals, fruit and fruit juice, yoghurts and french bread. Perfectly pleasant continental fare.

Another point made on here is that the entrance is very tight to the car park, so be careful and go straight on and around, don't try to turn right as you enter.

Once you are there the Val d'europe shops are 5 minutes drive away and reception can give you a map of how to get there.

Obviously if luxury and a large cooked breakfast are important to you this is not for you but if you want decent, cheap and cheerful then its perfectly fine.

Staff very helpful except for one rude girl. Room cleaned daily. Breakfast could be better but then considering the cost, can't complain. If not driving, get a bus to val de europe train station for €1.60 and from there get the train to anywhere in paris(including disneypark) The only snag is that the last bus back to chanteloup leaves val de Europe at 2220 unless you are planning to get a €20 taxi back. Excellent value for money.

I did by error booked this hotel from my friend pc for 2 nights.
I did call directly the hotel within 30 min to cancel to been told sorry we have to charge you for 1 night.
Being from Canada I had to pay $1.44 for every 86 euro charge = $122.12 can
Mrs manager was not there.
I did talk to the manager next day which state that 48 hr restriction which on I don't believe apply here.
I did Talk to Booking.com from which I did the booking.
He understand my point but told me it was to the discretion of the Hotels.

Hotel is located close from Disneyland. There is free transfer to (in the morning) and from (in the evening) the park. It is possible to buy tickets to the park (to avoid the lines on entrance in the parks)
Rooms are enough spacious, clean. There are internet (not free), free parking area.
Breakfast is very poor.
