“Wow”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed May 1, 2014

We only popped in for morning coffee. We had no idea of the opulence of this place, but we were treated with great courtesy and charm by the exquisitely groomed ladies who served us. So impressed that we reserved a table for afternoon tea. Returned from the beach and were entertained by two delightful ladies who played classic violin and piano. A delightful interlude in a great holiday organized by Dial a flight.

This hotel has the real wow factor from the amazing atrium with the biggest chandeliers to the beautiful grounds with fab pools. Rooms are big and well furnished, lovely bathroom and we had a sea view which was breathtaking.
The food and choice is unbelievable, have never seen a breakfast buffet like it.
And finally the staff, so friendly and welcoming, and smiles always.
Somehow i will get back!

From the moment I entered the hotel i was literally speechless at the beauty and majesty of the crystal chandeliers and fountain. But the surroundings were as nothing when compared to the helpfulness and friendliness of quite literally every member of staff. The food was amazing and to say the menu and choice is extensive is an understatement. Beautiful beaches with warm sea which is clear and turquoise blue. We stayed in a room which led directly onto one of the pools, simply stunning. I can honestly say the best hotel bar none. I can't wait to go back and a return visit is definitely happening soon.

Room Tip: Ask for room leading out to the pool.

Everything about this hotel was very good, the staff extremely helpful and friendly, spotlessly clean and the food was superb. The location to the beach was also great and a good choice of pools in beautiful gardens so there was plenty of privacy if you wanted it. Would definitely go back.

Room Tip: The best rooms are at the front of the hotel

A long weekends stay to remember
From the start the staff were in hand to avoid us ever having to think or need
Service when you need it plus great touches like sun glass cleaning and iced towels by the beach
The food choice is tasty varied and local , with great options.
We'll done - we will return !

Room Tip: The suites offer space and comfort , be sure to get a sea view

Just returned from a 3 night stay, and have to say that this hotel and the staff surpassed all our expectations. From arrival to departure we were made to feel special, and nothing was to much bother. The service was 1st class, as was the choice and quality of food. The restaurant was fantastic, with a superb choice for breakfast. The gardens and pools were lovely and inviting, and the private beach just added to the whole experience. I would thoroughly recommend to anyone thinking of booking this hotel. Would loved to have stayed longer.

A very special hotel surroundings and environment.
We stayed for 3 nights, and loved every minute.
The country is very authentic, and still developing in guess. To park yourself on a superb beach, with a warm sea to hand, in an amazing bay, was just what we needed. The service food facilities and smiles from all the team just made it a very special trip. It's just a great place to relax in opulent surroundings, while soaking up a wonderful culture and friendly people all around, both in and out of the Al Bustan.
