I have been in this hotel for 4 nights from 22 to 26/10. The rooms are very convenient if you are staying in the executive floors : big room (thebiggest in Paris i gues) and you can enjoy a free 24h of special lounge with multi snacks, fruits and varieties of hot and cold drinks .
The Hotel is only 5 minutes walk from the metro ,RER and the biggest Paris mall (les 4 temps).
By RER you are only 1 station to Les Champs Elysees.
Be careful, if you are fedup of the mall life and don't need to take metro to Paris ,let me tell you there is NOTHING around the hotel to do.

Not your typical Parisian hotel. It was a nice change to be in an area that is "new" tall glass buildings, nice shopping areas and near to the metro station which is the last stop of that line.
The hotel was very nice, had access to the club lounge and on the weekend gave us tickets to eat down stairs in the main restaurant with a full breakfast. Nice Parisian cafe in the huge La Defense square, and a 2 story McDonald's, very crowded everyone using the Internet. I was taken back a bit by all the IPhone's is saw there and Apple computers! Also did I say how quiet it was at this hotel! Not near any large streets, oversleep the first night. Nice to see all the French people walking to work when we looked out our window.

I stayed here as a result of business nearby. The location was good, and it was a short walk to the Metro station at La Defense which servers all of the main transportation lines as well. I was greeted at arrival and despite arriving at 8 in the morning, a room was available. The room and bed were comfortable although to avoid jet lag, wanted to do a day trip to Versailles. When I asked for directions at the front desk, I was given a pamphlet with exact directions to get there.

I ate in the hotel restaurant one evening and was told to ask for the swordfish, but they did have it. It was a bit odd, although a bit early in the evening, me and my colleague were the only ones there. The prices were high and while the food was good, one evening there was enough. However, because La Defense is primarily office space, it clears out in the evening and there aren't a lot of restaurants nearby. There is a mall right by the Grand Arche and I did find several other choices there (Vapiano was very good). However, as noted the metro is nearby and you can get to any area of Paris to eat if you want.

The internet was good, at about 20 Euros a day in your room, or you can get it free in the lobby area. The room had both wired and wireless but the wireless was good enough that I never tried the wired.

The bath was well stocked, although the shower was a glass half across the tub, which to me is virtually useless since you either have to stand really close or spray the bathroom.

There is a small store in the building that had a variety of sundries and the mall at Grand Arche with a wide selection if needed.

One thing that several people mentioned is that taxi drivers hate to go to La Defense since its apparently hard to navigate so be sure if you go by taxi that they know where they are going.

Room Tip: The area is relatively quiet but lower floors may get morning noise from the employees walking to wo...

The hotel is excellent in everything especially it's location. It is five minutes walk to a very big mall called quatre temps where you can find all your needs.C&A,sephora ,Geox,Timberland,H&M,Zara ,Lacoste and other stores at very good prices. Also there is the terminal for all means of transport that helps you go around Paris with no effort and no help except Paris map.I really enjoyed it and would love to stay there next time I visit Paris.

At first I struggled a bit to find the place, did not localize it in the map, hoping to spot it on the district map in the metro station. Then I realized, it's not shown there, probably due to the fairly recent construction. It is shown though on the area maps on the surface. Just locate the Grand Arch and continue north-west from the north-west corner.
The room is ok, but bathroom has some signs of wear already, even though there is marble decor, there seems to be mold in the taps area.
Room I had was nice, facing cemetery with angle Grand Arch view.
I did not like separate toilet, far from the bathroom and really narrow.
I did not figure out how to switch tv channel directly to say 25, tv distance was over 6m/20ft and remote not very responsive, basic satellite channels with few British stations.
Not sure if the personnel is new, but I was struggling a lot with the key cards. At first it did not work for lounge access then on other day it did not work at all, even I did not keep the card close to cell phone or anything, and even after re-programming it still didn't work, so I had a couple of unnecessary trips to the front desk - and it's on level -2, so not really convenient to visit frequently.
Lounge has small selection, either for evening or breakfast. Typical scrambled eggs were inedible.
Cleaning service would at least try to enter your room, in spite of DND sign outside.
