“Beautiful food, drink and atmosphere”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 3, 2013

I brought my mother and son here back in August it was just perfect they had reserved us a table inside but we ended up sat outside as it was a beautiful evening, the food was fantastic as was the service and we had a fabulous wine, this isn't the cheapest of places but you do pay for what you get which was great and set in a beautiful surrounding with great service! Keep up the good work!

“Little gem by the sea”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

The Little Gloster offers you a perfect menu, cooked to perfection in a perfect location. The flavours and freshness of the food are comparable to any of the top notch London restaurants we have eaten in. The staff are all friendly and attentive - although they would not reveal the secret ingredients of the Wizard Sauce that accompanied my Black Eyed Pea, Gallybagger & Sweet Potato Empanadas. Will definitely be back soon and can't wait to try their Christmas menu.

“Lunch at The Little Gloster”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 29, 2013

My wife and I spent a few days in the Isle of Wight, and were recommended to try this lovely place. The situation is fantastic, on the edge of the Solent, looking north over the water, watching all sorts of boats go about their business.
Lunch consisted of the homemade burger, and the seafood risotto. They were both beautifully cooked and presented, and delicious. We washed then down with a very nice Pino Grigio, and a coffee to finish. Te perfect lunch, and would recommend anyone on the area to try this place.

“Lovely seaside escape”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 15, 2013

Went to the Isle of Wight for the day to celebrate my husbands birthday. Was a lovely escape, taking the Red Jet from S'hampton (only £8.60 return per adult & taxi to the restaurant £6 - 5mins from West Cowes)
Lovely open and relaxed atmosphere, staff great. Nearly all the tables have a sea view. Seafood platter for two was lovely as was the dressed crab. Not much else to do in Gurnard but visiting The Little Gloster is definitely worth it. I would suspect booking is required for dinner reservations. They have 3 rooms b&b as well.
