“Great for younger teenagers”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 27, 2014

We recently visited this park with a school party composed of 11/12 year old girls. Although the park hadn't quite opened for the summer season, gradually the ice cream parlours and shops opened during the day and all the rides were soon all functioning after opening. There were plenty of different types of rides for all tastes.
For the less adventurous the monorail and steam train gave a good view of the park and there were many attractions for little ones. The students enjoyed getting wet on the water rides and as it wasn't high season rarely had to queue for any ride .
Food outlets provided the usual chips, burgers and baguettes. Portions were generous and not too pricy.
This made a very good end to our visit to the Pas de Calais.

“Thrills galore and something for everyone”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed June 6, 2014

Great theme park aimed at people of all ages and degrees of lunacy from very sedate pink flamingo peddle boats to the most incredible, adrenaline pumping loop the loop roller coaster. Nicely landscaped and plenty of amenities. Quite pricey and 5 Euros for car parking was a bit steep. Restaurant facilities could be better, probably best to take your own picnic.

“fun day out”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 28, 2013

We visited Bagatelle during the summer holidays 2013. We live on the south coast and it was a nice day trip by ferry and car. Easy to find and less than an hour's drive from the port.

The park is a mixture of old and new rides, and has a big loop the loop roller coaster. It also has smaller rides and some shows, including a penguin and seal show. It costs £19 (22.50 euros) per person and is worth the money. The queues were at their longest around 3pm, so I'd say go for the most popular rides earlier or later. Surprisingly, the longest queues were for the water rides, although they were not really worth the wait. The pirate ship, roller coaster and the first roller coaster-type ride on the left as you go in were our favourite rides with reasonable length queues.

This is not Thorpe Park or Chessington, but is good for all ages and worth a visit. :)

“Avoid high season..”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 13, 2013

We went to the Park last week and as expected it was absolutely heaving...

We managed to get on about 5 of the rides (in the 5 hours we were there), surprisingly enough the main whiteknukle ride Le Triops was one of the shorter queues. This park is aimed at younger families I would say, it is OK but not up to the standards of say Chessington, or Legoland in the UK. It is also very expensive in my opinion... we paid €90 for a family of four and it is just not worth that amount of money. That said we did have really nice creams at €2 each. Le Triops was good and worth a try... it did make me feel quite ill though!

“Excellent day out”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 29, 2013

This is an excellent day out for the whole family with so much to do and you don't have to wait too long in between rides. Taking a picnic is a must as you will queue for hours, even just for chips and the food is not that great.
