Having Juan and Maria Luisa cook for us was an amazing experience. The food is excellent, the presentation is amazing and the price is right. Juan and Maria Luisa cooked for us several times breakfast and dinner during the week we were in Potrero. Every meal was made with fresh local ingredients Juan purchases the same day. The presentation was beautiful and the food delicious!! They both are extremely professional and lovely. We highly recommend them!

November 2011 we traveled to Playa Flamingo for a family vacation (8). While we found the restaurants in the village to be exceptional good, our most memorable meals were prepaired by
Juan & Luisa. It was like attending cooking school if you wished, they enjoyed the family
watching, tasting, and sharing stories. The meals were made with fresh local ingredients, the presentation was beautiful, the taste was fabulous, when finished they left our kitchen spotless.
They are a delightful couple, we recommend them highly.

I took my family (Canadian, Aurora Ontario) to Playa Flamingo last April where we rented a house on the beach. When we were looking into places to eat we heard about Juan and Maria Luisa and Let Me Cook ForYou through the Rental company. We thought it might be fun to have them cook for us a couple of nights rather than go out for dinner. Well after the first night Juan cooked for us we wished they came every night. The food was AMAZING! My children (older) and their partners are still talking about the mixed grill with Argentinian Chimichurri sauce. Juan and Maria were lovely what a treat. The whole experience was incredible and much better than any of the restaurants we went to and not any more expensive. Book them early though because we were lucky to get them for 2 nights

Juan kindly agreed to teach me a few dishes that I can prepare at home!
He took me shopping, got fresh, fresh fish and then came over to show me how to cook it with what pots and pans I have at my disposal in our current rental unit.
You don't need fancy appliances to create mouth watering food!
He is a great cook with the ability to teach! We had a beautiful meal of pica de gallo, refried beans and guacamole and followed it with sea bass and a beautiful salad.
I would recommend him in a heart beat!
