“Breathtaking views but”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 26, 2013

I enjoy coming here just for the views. The food is hit and miss but generally pretty overpriced for what you get, particularly the pizzas. Coolum surf club similar prices but much better value. Service is usually quite terrible. I have found the waitresses unfriendly and unaccommodating. I wouldn't recommend it over neighbouring clubs but will continue to visit for a beautiful scenic beer.

“Great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 22, 2013

Grand location overlooking the beach, where better place to knock the froth off a coldie. The food's not bad, too. Reasonable prices. And free Wi-Fi when you buy food or drink. Perfect

“Great Food Great Location Great service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 5, 2013

Bumped into this surf life saving restaurant and decided to enter in with my family, Great spot for the kids with a games room, impressive views and the best calamari in town ! Cooks are friendly and bar staff, I was staying at the Novatel And the food and service there was miles away from these guys standards!! well worth a visit for a cold beer and tasty meal. well done !

“Great location”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed October 1, 2013

The Club is perched right at the ocean shores with panoramic views on the outside deck. It also has a beer garden area with play spot for children. Food is club food. Service is a little slack. But great for a casual drink/meal.

“Priceless views over breakfast in Sunshine Beach”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2013

This is a favourite haunt for weekend breakfasts boasting unfettered views of the Pacific Ocean. Good old fashion Aussie fare in a friendly and welcoming surf club. I have been for breakfast several times and have the great value $10 bacon and eggs each time, this comes with tomato and toast. Eggs are generous (2) cooked to perfection. Out on the deck is beautiful all year round, but get there early (starts at 8) to get a park as Duke St fills up quickly especially over warmer months. We were treated to a pod of whales breaching right out in front of the club - wow! Wander down the stairs to the patrolled beach after breakfast to walk it off.
