Everything was really lovely! We stayed in the Victoria Room but were able to see all the rooms as well - beautiful, fab decor, clean as a whistle, great amenities too! We didn't meet Dan - but Sue was a delight in every way. As noted in other reviews, she knew all the surrounding trails, wineries, special interest sites, restaurants - the full meal deal. And breakfast was as delicious as you could want - a baked egg souffle with all the fixings, in addition to muffins and other baked goods, fresh berries/fruit cocktail, OJ, and piping hot coffee or tea. Delish! And the upper deck where breakfast is served, is also open to guests all day with comfortable loveseats and fab wrought iron tables and chairs. And the scenery is fantastic, way up high overlooking the lake, the mountains and of course the moonlit evenings are perfect for two! Lovely lady, great B&B - minutes from `downtown`West Kelowna and lots of vacation beaches, national parks, etc. Go for it!!

Room Tip: The Victoria room was lovely - virtually no issues - the Okanagan Room has two big comfy looking Que...

The setting is marvelous with a fantastic deck with a great view.
The rooms are finished to a very high standard and fitted out with everything you could want for.
The hosts are very nice and go out of their way to ensure your stay is enjoyable.
The breakfast is held on the deck... and what a breakfast. Sue cooks up a storm!!!
The B&B is also a short walk to the nearest winery and very close to some of the best.

Room Tip: There are only three rooms, so book early!

Our recent stay at Sue and Dan's "View to Remember" was a total delight. Every detail has been seen to; the room was spacious and the bathroom spotless and comfortable (in the Okanagan Suite); gourmet breakfasts every morning; a delightful garden and spacious outdoor deck. In addition to the fine accommodation, the best part of our stay was conversing with Sue and Dan and other guests. Our hosts always had time for us, and were thoroughly knowledgeable about attractions in Kelowna and the entire Okanagan. This was our first visit to region, and we had only four days, but with help from Sue and Dan we were able to make the very best of it. We will return!

Room Tip: We recommend the Okanagan suite, where we stayed.

Staying at the "A View To Remember" was my first experience at a B&B and I would have to say that it was fantastic! I will never stay at a hotel/motel again if I can find a B&B as nice as the one that Sue and Dan have, Thank you for such a wonderful experience and look forward to another opportunity to stay with you, and thank you for your hospitality.

Friendly stay, great quiet location, tasty breakfast - especially for my wife who was catered for really well as a celiac. Lots of good local information. We stayed in the Vancouver room, very comfortable and nice decor but the shower / washing machine next door / above was a bit noisy in the morning, so perhaps choose another room if you want to lie in and the neighbors don't! We would stay again.

We stayed two nights. Marie was hosting while Sue and Dan were away. We enjoyed talking to her over a glass of wine on the balcony both days. Because of a mix-up, we stayed in the Vancouver room the first night and the Victorian the second. The Victorian room (where we had booked) was larger and nicer than the first one. We found the Vancouver Room very noisy (clanging noises) when toilets were flushed or water was running. There was no such problem in the Victorian Room. Breakfasts were delicious. Marie was very helpful in suggesting things to see and do in Kelowna. The location is perfect for visiting the wineries and is very close to downtown Kelowna also. View is beautiful.

Room Tip: Avoid Vancouver Room because of noise

We stayed at A View to Remember for one night on a wine tasting trip of the Okanagan. We had a lovely stay there and enjoyed the big clean room and the wonderful breakfast in the morning. It was very convenient for seeing the wineries of West Kelowna and we actually walked to 3 of them. Quails Gate was about a 20 min walk, Mission Hill was another 20 from Quails Gate and then Little Straw was right next door to the B&B. I would recommend for people touring the West Kelowna wineries. We drove in to Kelowna for dinner and that was only a 10 min drive.
