The hotel is nice, about 50 meters away from the beach (we had a room for 4 people, everything was clean and up to the standard, paid 50 E per night per room breakfast included, which was almost less than we would pay in a nearby camp), the food in the restaurant was great (the waiter seemed to be a little pissed time to time, but had an adequate approach anyway). It's a shame we had to pay extra for the beach (500 Lek for one umbrella and 2 sunbeds - why not make a deal for hotel customers with the bar just over the road?) + clean your back yard where the dog is, it looks nasty!
