In the small village of Vingrau, near Perpignan in S France, do not miss this unpreposessing treat. For a mere £27 you can dine for five delicious courses, in traditional setting, with good music and attentive waiters. One of our courses included wasabi ice cream, and all served on slate-shared tapas style informal basis. Our wine was biological and nearby sourced and therefore decanted to reduce the natural effervescence. Go there- you won't be dissapointed!
