Tom-na-creige is a wonderful B&B and the best of our highland accommodation so far. The views from the rooms are of the stunning mountain and loch leven and loch linhe. The rooms are comfortable with homely little touches like fresh roses and a sweet jar. The breakfast is by selection - we were a bit sick of the full scottish breakfast by then so we were very happy to learn there is a special every day - we had smoked salmon with scrambled eggs. Paired with fresh orange juice, home made preserve and fresh porridge, we were ready to hit the local walking trails!

The accommodation is about 20 mins from Fort William and off the main road so the amenities are within reach if you have a car. Its also closer to Glen Coe so this would be a great base for walkers.

We must firstly apologise for the delay in responding to your excellent review and to thank you for the comments on our breakfast. We have, as Lesley is an excellent cook, I believe, been producing good fare for sometime. This has been recognized through Visit Scotland in their Eat the Best Award scheme which was launched this year to encourage providers to "up their game". Hopefully this will provide good results for everyone.

Thank you once again for highlighting our accommodation, you will, of-course be most welcome should you ever venture this way again.

John & Lesley.

Large and confortable room, with good mattress for a superb rest. We had amazing lake views from our window. Breakfast was excellent and included local and homemade food. Perfect location for trekking in Glencoe area. John and Lesley make us feel at home. Thankyou!

Room tip: Excelent views from twin/family room

Warm & friendly hosts with excellent room with a view. Get the family room its worth it even if you are a couple on your own. The room is set so that you view over the loch towards the hills from bed. We arrived relatively late and John and Lesley Fisher the hosts offered to drive us weary cyclists to the local eatery for fish and chips. That's going the extra mile!

Room tip: Get the family room!

It was a pleasure to look after you, even if was only one night, we like to think we offer everyone the same standard of care. As for going the extra mile it was really no big deal to offer to drive a mile down the road.

Thank you

Kind Regards

John & Lesley.

We recently stayed for one night at Tom-na-Creige as we road tripped around Scotland and the room (the red room) was top notch - large, comfy, stocked with anything you could need. The view - the nicest view from any room on our entire trip of excellent views - was breathtaking. Breakfast was excellent and again, another spectacular view . Great spot, fab hosts, delicious breakfast. Would definitely go back and recommend highly.

Thank you for taking the time to offer what is an excellent review although we must admit to being slightly bewilder at only receiving 4 out of 5 across the board on the back what was written.

Kind Regards

We stayed one night at Tom-na-Creige on the way to Mull, the room we were provided, the green room, was large, comfortable, en suite and had incredible views across the loch. Breakfast was superb with a wide choice of fresh local produce.

Overall a excellent nights accommodation, highly recommended.
