“Welcoming, but with mediocre roasts.”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 24, 2014

Polite and happy staff.
A box of board games.
Dogs sprawled out on the floor and a polite notice on their menu that 'children remain seated nicely throughout the meal'. Quite right too! Generous size portions for the kids' roasts.
The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is because it wasn't the best Sunday roast I have had. For the Richmond prices, I expected the chicken to be less stringy and the yorkshires to be less like tasteless cardboard.
Pleasant atmosphere, and perhaps the alternative mains are of higher standard.

“Best sunday roast ever”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed February 17, 2014

Went back again on Sunday to see if the roast pork was as good as last time and it certainly was. Definitely the best roast pork I've ever had, crackling spot on and more than enough to fill the hungriest of people. Will be back soon!
