“Always a Good Carvery”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 13, 2012

We always go to the Woolpack when we visit Weston. The 2 for £10 carvery is very good value, good quality, and the best selection of vegetables we ever see.

“Sunday roast”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 12, 2012

Even though the price is a bit higher than some other pubs you do get a good Sunday dinner here, and you can eat as much veg as you like, so if your a big eater and you like lots of different veg this is an excellent place to have your Sunday roast

“Pity about the car access......”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 11, 2012

Yeah, this is pretty good. A one time Watney's pub, now owned by Butcombe Brewers so you're sure of a good ale. Trouble is I'm not and only an unheard of German lager is offered. Paring adequate but joining the A370 afterwards is positively dangerous, not the pub's fault but a worry.

“Go on a Sunday”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2012

I went to this place because I heard lots of good things about it, but the carvery wasn't very good when I went. Probably because it was a weeknight and we were the only people there. Apparently it's better on a Sunday, with more people there and a faster turnover of food.

“SUNDAY CARVERY”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed July 16, 2012

Very disappointing. Vegetables didn't look that appetising and were cold; roast potatoes and yorkshire pudding not at all enjoyable when they are cold and tough.
