My partner and I and several members of Our Family and many Friends stayed at The Royal Oak on October 19th 2013.
We had all travelled up to Kent for a Family wedding and I must say after reading some of the reviews I would have been put off but on arrival was surprised at the place !
Yes it might be slightly dated and in need of some TLC and yes the breakfast service might have been slow but for the one night that we were all there for it was just what we needed!
The staff were very friendly and helpful and even kept the bar open for all the wedding guests who were staying there !
Id stay there again, lovely location and suited myself and the wedding party !
