We stayed at st winifreds for one night, which was one too much. we had a booked room as did the other 50 people on the coach trip, when we arrived you had to grab a key as fast as you could as there was no room allocation.
our double room was filthy, stained carpets, dirty smelling bathroom with horriable stains on the shower curtain. the television didn't work but the flys seemed quite happy
our meal was at 7pm, and on the whole the food was good, but there was large gaps between the courses, our pudding was forgotten, and we has to ask for tea/coffee 3 times to which we were offered no apology.
on the evening we thought we'd give the bar a try, and the poor barman/waiter/manager had no bar as such so we kept on having to run into the kitchen.
come on guys -you are disapointing a lot of people who should be having a well deserved break. .
