Me and my husband went for a meal with our 7 month old son, after arriving and being told me were to be sat upstairs , after walking half way up we were shoved downstairs by a Chinese lady possibly the owner who said very rudely NO NO NO you sit downstairs, then shoved us on a table us on a table that sat 6 people, which we thought we very odd.
a waiter then came over to hand us the menu's , after 30 seconds the same Chinese lady came over and said order ?? order?? we hadn't even had chance to open the front cover.
After ordering our starters after feeling like we were being rushed , the starters come cold and very very over cooked.
We waited 15-20 mins for a waiter to come over to ask us for our main order, we hadn't ordered all together in the 1st place cause they rushed us and stood over us, we decided not to even bother.
This is the worst experience , over priced , over cooked and very poor customer service skills we have ever come across!
avoid at all costs!

We're sincerely sorry to hear that you weren't fully satisfied with your service at the Honey Tree. We try our hardest to provide quality service at our restaurant, and we always appreciate comments that help us improve, such as yours. Understandably in your situation, your first impression of us and our service was negative, but if you'd like to come in again, you'd see our service has greatly improved, and be able to voice your concerns in person. Although your experience is admittedly unusual for a customer of our restaurant, to the point where we were unsure if you talking about the right restaurant, we apologise profusely for the lacklustre service and hope that this does not reflect on your permamanent view of our establishment.
