An excellent property to get accommodated near airport. Cozy rooms, with lot of rooms with runway view which gives unusual feeling. Wasn't the plan A to stay at the hotel but coz other hotels were fully occupied had to shift to this property but surely will be the first choice while planning the next trip. Very Economical.

Modern clean good value hotel to stay at prior to flight from terminal 5. Staff were most welcoming on arrival--not so good on checking out.
Three small problems--there is no sign at the entrance to the car park saying that an hour and half free parking was available. A friend who dropped me drove off to find somewhere to park--the ticket machine on the street opposite was broken so she had to park some way away on a cold windy day. I only learned about the free parking from the receptionist when checking in.Second problem was Hoppa bus machine wasn't working and I had to pay extra 50p to buy ticket from driver. Third problem was the incredibly slow service at the Costa--20minutes to get a coffee! But apart from these minor problems, it was excellent. I will definitely use it again.

Adequate for a budget hotel and good value, but when booking park and fly be aware parking is not on site, it is difficult to get to and don't ask for help from the staff, they don't care, don't know and simply want to get you to spend in expensive Costa Coffee or their bar

I needed to stay overnight prior to my flight from Heathrow airport. I googled hotels and found this one....looked good and reasonably priced with good arrangements for getting to the airport, ideal. It was easy to book online. On arrival the staff were extremely helpful and the room was comfortable, clean and with facilities for making a drink. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and will stay again if I need to.
