Good location on the outskirts with easy access to M4, we were allowed to check in early which was nice of the staff. We had breakfast at the beefeater while we stayed. Was ok but over priced. Would of been better value to go to McDonald's over the road. Was happy with hotel but wouldn't hook breakfast again. Would stay again and recommend if you are driving to London

Staff are really helpful especially Pav Ranu as the fire alarm was continuously going off but he was very calm professional and helpful.

Even though it was manic as they were trying to sort the fire alarm out he had a smile on his face the whole time and was really helpful with keeping us updated and offered to carry my bags.

Would definitely use the hotel again.

A well located hotel with easy access via the M4, the hotel is clean and up to the usual standard expected from Premier Inn, the staff were very helpful and the rooms were well kept. Would be happy to use this hotel again.

On arrival we received a very warm welcome and were allocated a room before our 2pm check in time as we were going to a wedding at 2pm, therefore we wanted to freshen up and get ready. I had previously rung and asked if this was possible, and told that there were usually plenty of rooms so shouldn't be a problem. True to her word, it wasn't. There are posters everywhere saying about the good night promise. If you don't get a good nights sleep, then you can get your money back. Whether anyone ever has i don't know. The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are very clean and the staff very friendly and accommodating. The cooked breakfast could have been a bit tastier and the staff a bit more attentive. Such a shame, as the hotel staff were so nice, but we found at breakfast when we went in, we went to sit by the window as it was nice and sunny. There were 6 of us. The waiter/manager came and moved us because he said " I don't want you to be forgotten round here". It was very quiet, hardly anyone else in there, but we did as we were told and moved. We got cereal etc and sat and ate that and waited to be asked for our cooked order. After some wait we had to go and get him back over otherwise we'd have been waiting who knows how long. So not wanting us to be forgotten and then moving us didn't quite work, as we got forgotten anyway. So breakfast experience not great. If the food had been good then not a problem, but sadly it was very bland.

Stayed here in family room with 2 grandchildren following trip to Legoland. Room was spotless and had everything you needed. Bed was comfortable and children's beds were proper singles. There were 4 large thick white bath towels and plenty of hot water. We did turn the fan off for the bathroom as it did go on for ages once the light was turned off but, apart from that no complaints. Compared with other budget hotels Premier Inn do seem to have got it right.
We ate in the adjoining Beefeater and it was just right with a decent children's menu - a bit more than the usual chicken nuggets or fish fingers and chips. Breakfast was fantastic with a buffet of cereals, croissants etc. fresh fruit salad and then cooked food to your choice - amazing value! This is the 2nd time we have stayed in a Premier Inn and they were both very good so we shall always choose them in future when looking for a budget break
