We chose this hotel as it was rated number 2 on Trip Advisor at the time of booking. We had a lovely weekend there, the staff were extremely helpful and friendy, the room was generous in size and the food was fantastic. The only slight part that let the hotel down was that the room could have been a bit cleaner. It was very clean on the surface but we had to move the chair and behind it was carpet that hadn't seen a hoover in quite a long time. The bedding was very clean and everything else was clean. On the whole with a little spring cleaning to the bedrooms I would say it would have been the perfect stay. Would definately stay there again. Unfortuantely we did not get ime to visit the Leisure Club but what we saw of it looked very nice.

Having stayed at numerous hotels due to the nature of my work, I somewhat stumbled across the Stutelea Hotel & Leisure Club by chance at the local toursist info. The Hotel was charming! Friendly staff, a welcoming atmosphere, and the kind of place a women travelling alone appreciates because I felt completely looked after and safe. The restaurant was superb too, homecooked to a very high standard.
All in all I can recommend this hotel whole heatedly, and will stay each time I visit Southport.

On a business trip to Southport I had a most agreeable stay at the Stutelea Hotel. I found the staff both friendly and helpful, the Garden Bar in the Stutelea's Leisure Club was the highlight of my stay as the food and service there were excellent.
I would definitely stay there again.

I found the hotel and its staff very welcoming which gave the hotel a very comfortable feel.

The décor was tasteful and was told only recently completed.

I found the leisure club more than adequate for a hotel off its size.

Overall very pleased with my stay thanks.
