Stayed here for the Jubilee break last year. What a lovely place.
Location is fab, Rob even helped finding us a car space. Nice touch!
The breakfast was fab and the friendliness of both Jan and Rob was second to none.
Only downfall was the weather, can't best the Welsh weather.
Would definitely return to this B and B when down Tenby next and would recommend it to anyone.
Thank you for your kind hospitality.

We have just returned from our second visit to The Myrtle House Hotel and yet again it was wonderful. The location is fantastic, within walking distance of the bean, the town, the harbour etc. Jan and Rob gave us a very warm welcome and made it such a relaxing break again. Breakfasts are huge at Myrtle House and very well prepared. We had a lovely room at the top of the house with a view of St Catherine's and the sea, the DVD in the room came in very handy in the evening to watch a family film. We will definitely return to Tenby again and when we do we will certainly book to stay at The Myrtle House Hotel again - I can't imagine staying anywhere else now!

Once again, stayed at Myrtle House for the New Year. Had a great room (room 8) where the room was spacious and confortable. Breakfast was amazing (thanks Rob) as was the welcome, on arrival the day before. A little extra special touch was added by the owners with a box of chocolates left on the bed, lovely surprise and very welcome! Highly recommended place to stay. Thanks Rob and Jan. See you again soon. Therese

We stayed at Myrtle House back in November 2012 on recommendation and were certainly not disappointed. It was our Ruby Wedding month and the first "leg" of a few special trips/events we had planned. Knowing this the remarkable Jan had put a bottle of wine in our room. We had a fabulous weekend attending the Tenby Blues Festival and will certainly book the same hotel again next year. The hotel is clean and cosy, the breakfast sets you up for the day and, although we didn't get to meet Rob, I must say that Jan is one of the sweetest ladies who pulls out all the stops for all her guests. On our arrival by taxi on a very wet day she wondered why we hadn't called her to pick us up from the station! We were certainly made to feel very special. Thank you Jan! J & H Evans

Stayed here in Novemeber 2012 with a group of friends (party of 14). Have stayed in the Myrtle house before and looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Arrived to a very nice welcome from Jan, with tea and coffe in the lounge. There is no car park so, after dropping off the cases, we parked in the multi story (£1 per 24 hours off season). There is lot's of on street free parking during the off season, but the muti story is safe and just a couple of minutes walk from the Myrtle House.

Rooms are cozy comfortable and spotlessly clean with a very soft bed, dressing table and wardrobe, small tv, hair dryer and tea/coffee. Shower room is small but usable and very clean with soft fluffy towels. The prices range depending on the time of year but off season is good value. We had a back room which was very quiet, there was some complaints about the early bird road sweeper from the front room occupants. Breakfast is included and was excellent. Full grill, cereals, fruit juices and as much toast, tea/coffe as you want. Jan will try to accommodate any request. The food was good quality, well cooked and presented.

There is no bar at the Myrtle House but there are loads of pubs, bars and resteraunts just around the corner, it's very central. We booked a meal in the Plantaganet House which is quite expensive but very nice. We also had a meal in the Tenby House which was really good and excellent value (loads of TV's too for sporting events).

The Myrtle House is ideal if you wan't to stay in Tenby. There is loads to see and do in the area. Some of our party went to St Davids Cathedral (1 hour drive) which was beautiful, free (just drop some money in the collection box if you take any snaps) and well worth a visit. The countryside was stunning in the early winter sunshine.

The Myrtle House si above average in every respect for a Bed and Breakfast. Highly recommended.

Room Tip: back rooms are very quiet.
