“Great Location-Nice Staff”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 7, 2012

Stayed at the Panorama Hotel in Tenby, Wales for two nights recently. What a great location and what a nice stay. The hostess, Debbie, was great, and each mornings breakfast was excellent. Would definitely return and would certainly recommend this nice place to anyone traveling to Tenby. Room (#3) had a great view and was very comfortable.

Room Tip: Room #3 was spacious, had a big tub and a great view.

Just back from 3 days in Tenby where we stayed at the Panorama Hotel, which is located on the Espanade. Our room had a lovely view of the sea and across to Caldey Island, the room was well furnished with a very pleasant ensuite bathroom and everything you could want including a corkscrew, wine glasses and 2 welcome chocolates. The breakfasts were excellent with a great choice, I would recommend the Eggs Benedict as a great start to the day. The staff were very welcoming which added to our enjoyment of our first visit to this resort. Their advice on parking was excellent.Would certainly recommend this hotel.

Room Tip: Go for a sea view

B&B accommodation in a building which is 'listed' (must be conserved) for the value of its historical architecture - part of the wealth of Georgian and Victorian era buildings in this quaint and ancient 'Walled' (mediaeval defensive walls) harbour town. Spectacularly located on the cliff top esplanade with unrestricted views of the sea from the breakfast room and front bedrooms (the tide rolls right up to the foot of the cliff and the sound of the waves is so relaxing). Welsh ingredients in generous breakfasts, are beautifully presented and prepared. Our bedroom and ensuite were roomy and well decorated. Landlady attentive and welcoming - we definitely hope to return!
PS
Tenby is surrounded by some of the best beaches in Europe and is a family friendly resort, with a good range of places to eat out - but hours kept are not as extensive as urban hours.

Sunday evening fireworks worth seeing - (if not quite to Breton resort standards ;-)

Had a lovely three day stay here. Weather was poor during our trip, but the location of the hotel links you well to everything, rain or sun. Staff were very friendly, service was professional and the room was well maintained. Great value for money, would happily re-visit.

Room Tip: Sea view would be better than non, but location makes up for it.

Just arrived back home after 3 days in Tenby. The Panorama Hotel was ideal for a quiet weekend away from it all.Our hostess,Debbie was superbly suited in her vocation of running this hotel, and the breakfasts certainly set one up for the day.Room was well kept and clean with a wonderful view of the beach. We shall return.

We came here again based on personal experience. We had a seaview room, which was ok, but I found it very warm and the bed not very comfortable, too hard for me.. Last time we had a superior Sea View room, which was much better.
The breakfast though was very good and the landlady gave us a very warm welcome.
The location is perfect, just across the road from South Beach and a short stroll to the town centre. There is scaffolding up at the moment, which we did not expect, but when we were checking out the landlady charged us for a non seaview room because of this...

This is small hotel set within a Victorian terrace of similar properties. The decor and ambiance are mainly 'traditional' with fresh approaches to bed linen and shower facilities. The hostess, Debbie, combines friendliness with professionalism and serves a tasty and plentiful breakfast. The breakfast room faces the sea with views to Caldey Island. The town is a few minutes walk away. The vast South Beach is right outside. Scheduled building work was delayed by poor weather but was coming to an end - it did not interfere with my stay.

Room Tip: My single room was at the back and had the advantage of being very quiet. The near view was to a wa...
