Arrived on Thursday, 2 adults 2 children aged 3 & 5, good checking ( no information on early closure of shower blocks) we set up the tents, all ok until 8pm when a neighbours dog howled and barked until 11:45m we rang security at 11:19 but they would not do anything about this dog that was left in a caravan on its own. They could not ask a dog to be quiet! My children were awake until 11:50 when the owners returned. I asked the owners to keep their dog quiet and I was told I'm a S@@g, un called for! We found that after 8pm the shower block was closed and this meant that we had 4 toilets that were unisex, this made me very nervous to use, i did not feel comfortable using this facility with other male users with my 5 year old daughter and 3 year old son. This is not suitable for a large quantity of tourists. This has not been seen at any other site. Friday arrived, i spoke to the staff and security about the noisy dog and they were certain we would not hear from it again. The space between tents was not that big as advertised, we were very close to the opposite tents. Then 6 families arrived opposite us all together, all in a group, very loud, children kicking balls around, frisbies, etc. they knocked over our candles on 3 occasions. They were asked by staff to remove balls but did not! Very noisy and over powering, as they spaced themselves across the small field, blocking off all car access. ( at no point were they asked to move back into their spaces) we felt over run by this large group, not the weekend we had planned. Other tourists felt the same too. I've never come across this on any other site in west Wales.
Overall the park is well maintained and clean, great pool and park, the children enjoyed. We all enjoyed a meal at the Mash and Barrel, there could be more available especially a Starbucks.
We were close to the Beach which was nice.
