Staff very helpful and friendly.
Full cooked breakfast was fab with lots of coffee and juice provided.
room was very clean, basic, but excellant value for money.
Second time we've been here for short break
Excellant location, close to train station, shops bars and restaurants.
Overlooking beach and Caldey Island.
Fun and relaxing venue to meet up with friends and work colleagues.
Hope to return again soon!

Shameful for Tenby, not the impression for a visitor to Tenby, I wouldn't go back to this hotel. The only redeaming fact was the bedroom was very clean, even if it didn't have the basics of towels and toilet paper until requested, very dated. Lacking in any service to guests, listened to other leaving guests complaints in the dining room i.e young family compalined about another guest's dog barking at their small daughter (this dog was allowed into the breakfast room under it's owner's table) loud unexplained noises in the early morning of their stay - no reasonable explanation given.

Breakfast, awful, unlaid tables, uncleared tables, no basics on the tables or indeed in the breakfast room, we had to ask for butter, sauces, presented with a very unappetizing 'cooked' breakfast - cold, my young daughter would have made a better job!!!

I feel very sorry for my daughter who booked this 'hotel' as a treat for herself, her grandmother and myself.

My advice to any would be visitor and the owner's of Kilnock Hotel - not good value for money and the hotel needs to seriously consider who they hire as staff!!!
