“Lovely, comfortable hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 3, 2012

Stayed here with family. Lovely hotel, and the staff friendly and helpful. The views from our rooms looking out over Tenby were incredible! The only slight downside was that it didnt have the best stocked bar. Its walking distance into Tenby and to the beaches and there is free parking. Would definitelty stay here again.

Lovely part of Tenby, situated high up on cliff resulting in magnificent views. Fantastically looked after, lovely gardens, beautiful pool. However, food is very very poor. Breakfast for instance gave us toast like cardboard, obviously toasted far in advance of serving. Dinner was soggy chips because they were left on the plate that the steak had rested in all its juices. Did not see one butchers shop in tenby but saw lots of 3663 lorries (bought in food). Hubbys food was cold. We think they try to do too much ie 4 courses for £18, better to have 2 good courses than 4 very poor ones. Did not have cooked breakfast as what we saw looked of a very low standard. Such a shame the food let it down!!

Room Tip: Make sure you know roughly your room size as ours was a tad small and we were over the car park whic...

This is a lovely hotel, we took the elderly parents to stay there for a few days while we camped nearby. The rooms are very comfortable and the sea view rooms are stunning. we had to give up the tent and join the parents (rain, surprise!) for a couple of days and the staff couldn't have been more friendly and accommodating. The public rooms are tastefully furnished, gardens and terraces well maintained with great views of the harbour, Food home cooked and tasty. Very pleasant stay will definitely be returning.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms exceptional

Just returned home after a 1 night stay for a surprise birthday for my wife, Firstly I would like to thank KT for all her help in finally getting the room with the best views over North Beach & the harbour. The hotel is in a great location, lovely well kept gardens and great looking out door pool and the staff were all very polite & friendly.
I would recommend this hotel for the best way to see and get around Tenby.
We will definately be back.

we stayed at the Park Hotel Fri/Sat. lovely hotel and friendly staff...breakfast was nice except for the cold toast but I wouldn't recommend the evening meal, reading previous reviews I think we must have been unlucky because it was very bland and at £18 per head was certainly not cheap so we went into town for the second night...bit disappointed that there wasn't entertainment (only weekdays when the coaches come in apparently) thought there would be; but the room was comfortable and had a lovely view...all things considered I think this Hotel has a justified 3* rating.
