loved the weeekend stay at this hotel as the breakfast and the room were excellent.
the staff were polite, friendly, and professional. If you needed help or advice you only had to ask as nothing was too much trouble for them.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Small hotel car park but a public car park next door. Ideal for exploring North Devon. Superb spot for the "Tunnels Beaches" and only 10 minutes walking to the Lundy Ferry. Beautiful bathroom and bedrooms to a high standard. New beds but could be of a better quality, mattress not terribly thick. Not the cheapest B&B but OK.

Our room was spotless and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Great breakfasts and nothing was too much trouble for Malcolm & his team. We'll be back soon.

Nice room with four poster bed (although mattress somewhat ancient!!) and lovely jacuzzi bath in modern, clean bathroom. Hotel decor in reception, lobby and corridors was rather tired and slightly shabby but definitely clean. Nice dining room and would highly recommend the breakfast. Staff were extremely polite and very healpful.

My partner and i stayed here during the summer, on a short break to the area. having found the bath house hotel on booking.com, thought cheap and cheerful, as long as you have a bed to sleep in it doesnt matter.

On arrival, we were supprised to see how nicely in the inside of the hotel was decorated, looking at the the pic of the hotel is doesn;t look too appealing, but once you see that the row that the hotel is on used to be 1 huge buliding at some point, u can forgive its just unfortunate how its been devided up over the years.

the lounge/bar area is up to date with modern leather sofa's and is a very enjoyable place to sit and have a drink.

We stayed in a double room on the front of the second floor which seemed to be recently refurbished with bed was very comfortable and room itsself was spotless.. as was the the rest of the hotel, breakfast is served between 8 and 10 which i thought was very resonable, it was cooked to order and wass always very nice..we were chatting to another couple at breakfast, who were equally happy as we were with this place.

We will definately recommend the bath house to friends and if we are ever in the area again will definately rebook..it was one of the nicest hotels we have ever stayin in the staff are all execellant.
