This hotel is listed as a 4 star hotel, at best it would be a one star???? upon arrival you are greeted with 5 car parking spaces, clearly nowhere near enough for the size of the hotel, so you are told to find a parking space on the adjacent street (which is full with local cars). It was like entering Falty Towers, 1970's decor and looked like it hadn't been painted or hoovered for a very long time. Our room was large and did overlook the Bay as it was a Premier room, however, it was dirty, not hoovered and most distressing the bed sheets had not been changed from the previous occupier, so we were greeted with another person's bodily hair (lots of them) within the bed. The owners were rude, and blamed the unchanged sheets on Trainees. We were told not to come down to breakfast before 8am as they were busy despite me telling them I needed to vacacte by 7:30 as I had a meeting to get to. I would definately not recommend this hotel and I have reported them to the Environment Agency. We did not stay so I cannot comment on the breakfast, we vacated and found another hotel. I was then phoned an hour later by the owner asking where the other guests were that were part of our trip, clearly as it was a group booking they did not stay either. They were very rude and shouted at me on the phone stating I hadn't give them a chance to put clean sheets on, despite the fact we had to wait half hour for them to come and check the state of the room when we first complained. Very disappointing.
I wouldn't recommend full stop.....
