Stumbled upon this place by accident and we were glad we did. Charming family run restaurant near the start of the Electric railway on the Main Douglas Promenade. For the beer lovers they have Leffe on draft, for everybody else there is a wide choice of beers and wines. The wine list I think is very clever, just one wine from each of several regions of France, there is something to suit everyone and the house wine can be bought by the class the half litre or litre. Half a litre came in at £9.75 - very reasonable I thought. Enough about drinks - the food. The julienne of beef (£18.50) was superb, the local fillet steak to die for - a bit pricey (£26.95) but worth it, choice of potatoes and seasonal veg, we also had the extra garlicky spinach(£3.75) - a garlic lovers dream. We started with crevettes(£8.95) and Goats cheese(£7.25). The staff were great, the service excellent and the food very good - all a bit pricey but worth it.
