Solid 4* B&B - the owner Steve is welcoming and showed us to/around our rooms. Stayed in a single room but had a double bed to myself. Tea/making available in the room too, with a small LCD TV with lots of channels (all the freeview ones).
Bathroom was quite small but sufficient.
Breakfast is a very good spread - freshly cut fruit ie strawberry, pineapple, grapes etc, and cereal, toast, juice, and a full cooked English breakfast, which wasn't greasy at all ie grilled.
Free wifi is welcome and had a good signal throughout the room and lounge.
Hotel is about a 7 min walk to the beach or 10 mins to old town where there seemed to display some great restaurants (had excellent italian st restaurant called mamma Mia).
Parking is enough for 5 cars and had no issues getting a space....off road if need be I was told.
Would stay here again as great value for what we paid too when booked via TA.
If I had to be nit picky, beds won't 5* comfortable and have toppers on them..perhaps new mattresses better.
