For my 19th I was lucky enough to be whisked away by my boyfriend, who had booked a table at the Angel Inn. Upon arrival we were offered to either sit in the pub part of the Inn, where you order your meal yourself etc or be served by waiters in the restaurant section...I chose the restaurant! After seeing the prices (quite high!!) we decided to skip the starter and jump straight to main course. My boyfriend had the burger with homemade chips, relish and salad; I chose the duck leg on a bean and potato casserole. Both dishes were beautifully displayed and tasted amazing. We opted for a simple ice cream dessert to share and it was lovely. The bill came short of £35 which to us was a lot but worth every single penny considering the amount you got and how good it was.
