Ate here for the first time last night. Picked up a couple of bottles of Cobra en-route at the nearby Morrisons as it's BYO (glasses and bottle opener provided and no corkage). Jalfrezi, Madras and Rogan Josh were all excellent. Nice fiery heat, not too much garlic and just the right amount of sugar and coconut in the Rogan Josh to lift it from the ordinary. Bombay Aloo also exemplary. Turns out it was the chef's night off and the personable young owner had cooked it all himself. Bill for 3 with popadoms, couple of rices and a nan came to £33. Too little, so we chucked in another fiver. Set up more as a takeaway than a restaurant with just a few tables, but tasteful decor and spotlessly clean. We'll be back.
