“restaurant fab”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 27, 2012

the hotel was lovely and our room was big. buuuuut! only 2 channels worked on the tv which was very dissapointing, we did say about this in the morning hoping the tv would get retuned or we would get moved into a different room but all we got was 'you're using it wrong' so we tried it the way we got told to and it still didn't work then all we got was 'we get bad signal here' and that was that.
there were hairs all over the bathroom too! which was discusting!
we prebooked and paid for breakfast and wasn't on the list in the morning too.
they guy that checked us in was lovely and very helpful but all the other staff we came across were very rude and didn't seem interested in anything we had to say.
on our day of check out we had the housekeepers bang on our door every half an hour from 10.30am to see if we had left.
we did complain but nothing came of it, not even an apology.

on a brighter note, the restaurant was fab! the lady that served us was amazing! didn't get her name though..

would love to return if these issues get sorted.

staying mostly in premier inns round England, this was one of the best. top location on the waterfront, extremely clean, plenty of parking, food was as good as could be expected, comfortable bed.
for the price, a very good deal.

As usual - clean and comfortable with good staff. Pub has an integral play area for children with supervision. Good food servered promply even when busy. If you are looking for a quiet meal, this might not be for you.

Room Tip: Best to have a first floor room facing east.

You know what you are getting when you stay at a Premier Inn, clean and reasonably comfortable place to stay but not always the cheapest, the staff are always nice and polite and willing to help The beds could do with updating though as now most hotel groups realise the importance of good beds to get repeat custom. But what can I say about the the food one word awful, avoid the restaurant cold tasteless slop is the only way i can describe it, the worst place I have ever eaten. Its cheaper and better food if you head off into Weymouth

After watching the Olympics we really fancied visiting Weymouth. A Premier Inn would always be our first choice to stay for price and comfort. The Premier Inn at Weymouth is located just behind the Esplanade and is a pleasant 15 minute walk into the town. The breakfast has an excellent choice and is served in the adjoining Brewers Inn. We were very pleased with our choice of stay and would definately recommend. We will certainly return.

We stayed in this Premier inn for 1 night Oct 20th.
It was our first time in a Premier inn and we can highly recommend it!
We found the staff very friendly and helpful , everything was fully explained to us regarding room facilities, meals, breakfast times and choices. We were offered the option to book a table for an evening meal at the restaurant next door .
When we asked for extra tea and coffee in our room we were given an ample supply straightaway with no fuss or questions!
We also found the Receptionist very helpful when we needed directions to a suermarket .
The room was very clean and spacious, the bathroom immaculate and a fantastic tv !
A good location for the quieter end of Weymouth , just a short walk to the pebble beach where you can enjoy a lovely stroll to the shops and Greenhill gardens en-route!
A great stay!

The hotel is in an easy to access location but don't expect nice scenery. It is only just over the road from the sea but a row of houses and a coach park are between you and the beach. The hotel itself is as I have now become accustomed to with Premier, very friendly staff, very clean room and, bathroom. A good television but, limited to six channels unfortunately. We stayed in mid October so, watched more TV than we would normaly whilst away. Not the end of the world though. Our room was at the very end of the hotel which meant that the water pressure for the toilet wasn't very high. We did report it to the lady on reception who had it checked out in our absence. When we got back she said all was ok now. There was a very marginal improvement but it wasn't worth making a fuss about it. They did at least try. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant so you can eat at the Lodmore, a Brewers Fayre eatery. If you have the meal deal. I would advise that you book for the first night only. It may not be for you. Going back to the hotel. I would certainly stay there again but, only on one of their offers.

Room Tip: We stayed in room 42 ground floor. Poor water pressure. Being mid October. The nearby coach park was...
