Spent a great w end in Weymouth on a sun cheap girls break and we came across this place during a sat afternoon Intended pub crawl(we don't get out much) we stopped here firstly for a drink which turned into a few more, the pub was Ok, not smart but we weren't looking for that but it was the cheapest drinks we found all w end. We sat outside on the pavement at tables to enjoy the sun then decided to eat here. Steak and chips were lovely so lovely in fact I repeated the same on our return for a Sunday pm. We did in fact love it here , yes it was a bit rough with quite a few locals the type who prob spend all day everyday in the Pub one of which ended up in a small fight but we were looking for somewhere cheap, entertaining, welcoming and we had no kids with us this fitted the bill, sat eve was a live band which were excellent and Sunday was a great day spent again sat on the chairs outside watching this particular lout make a fool of himself.
Go here if you want nice food , cheap drink and a laugh. Don't go at night with children it's not for the faint hearted. It really isn't a bad place, the bar staff were very nice too. Dogs were welcome and the Loos has nice little touches, I saw a lot worse on my sat eve trawl and smelt so pretty bad places too, this wasn't one of them. Cheap drink and fun. Will definitely be going back
