my mum and dad and I fancied a sit, drink and possibly food and this quaint cafe-cum-restaurant was in the right place. one problem was the small step, marked with hazard tape, that made it difficult for my scooter to enter smoothly. a small complaint, you may say, but the solution could easily have been made with the addition a shallow ramp of concrete or wood. in the days of disability equality and accessibility, the solution would be inexpensive and comply with the Law.
as for the food and drink, well my latte was enjoyable and the parent's tea were likewise delicious. we decided not to partake the food, having seen the slightly expensive costs for items that seemed appealing but nevertheless unknown in quantity or quality.
maybe we shall return to try the food?
