It's was not my first visit, and it will not be my last. I've eaten there before while on a fishing trip to the Aberdeenshire Dee, and this time I brought some new guests with me. They are still talking about the experience, and they are rather spoilt when it comes to dining experiences.
This is just what it pretends to be, a pub with a selection of meals, and must be valued like that. Some guests might be a bit noisy, the interior might be a bit worn in places, some places might be a bit cramped - but the experience is nevertheless fantastic. We ate the famous fish&chips, best I've eaten ever. Just try the Jumbo portions, both the size and the taste will impress !
The service was good, and we all had a very good laugh.
