As a one night stop this was OK. We arrived as a party of 10 couples and were made very welcoming. The rooms were all well appointed even though some were in need of a little TLC with things like the bathroom door not shutting properly.

For a one night stop on the way to the Highlands there were no real problems. Staff were very friendly and catered for us well. The downstairs was nicely furnished and in a good condition. There was a small problem with a couple of the rooms as they faced a rather noisy pub next door but overall quite OK.

If the rooms had been a little bit better then it would have been 4*
