Popped in here for lunch. The restaurant advertises 'Disabled facilities', but our waitress looked clearly annoyed with us bringing in a wheel chair. We immediately felt uncomfortable but decided to persist. After waiting 20 minutes for someone to take our order, we asked if our order could be taken. The waitress, instead of apologising, was rude to us and told us she would do it when she was ready. Another guest diner asked if their table could be cleared and the waitress only seemed concerned about who had allowed them to sit there. Another half hour wait for our food to arrive (not worth the wait). Could hear the waitresses loudly discussing what other disgruntled customers had said, so it appears we were not the only ones who were not satisfied with the service. The customer is always right - not here!!!!
