We stayed at Julie's place for 2 nights and we will go there again. She is a lovely person, taking care of everything in great detail. The house is just a few minutes away from a lovely beach (awarded, by the way), we had a place to park our car and the neighbourhood is quiet. We needed a location where we can sleep well and this is exactly so. Every morning we went to the conservatory for breakfast. We absolutely love that place for its design, decorations and its lovely garden view. Her dogs are lovely and well behaved. We plan on going there again in the summer time when we can fully enjoy the sun and beach.

I was recommended Windy Willums by several colleagues and I have stayed at Windy Willums for one or two days a week for the last year. The rooms are all very spacious and well presented. The bathrooms are extremely clean and tidy. When you arrive you are sure to receive a warm welcome and as an added bonus you may even meet Julie's labradors Charlie and Lilly. I would certainly stay at Windy Willums again in the future.

this is the 3rd time in the last 3 years staying with Julie, last year and now were both for 2 weeks and we will definitely be back. Julie, your home with Charlie and Lilly (the Labradors)
and your garden are a pleasure, we always have a warm welcome and nothing is too much trouble. We have now stayed in all 3 rooms and cannot fault any of them for space, comfort peace and cleanliness. Breakfasts in the conservatory is always a delight.
Windy Willums is a peaceful relaxing home and just around the corner from the beach, Mudiford Quay, cafe and pub serving good food. Hengistbury Head a short boat trip away and the New Forest also close by for some wonderful walks.
See you soon Julie

We can only smile. We had a warm welcome,a clean ,tidy and comfortable room that was decorated in tasteful colours with tea and coffee supplies waiting on a tray. We opted for the bathroom rather than en-suite as we love our baths. Hot water was plentifull and the towels were on the heated rail ready. Julie was a perfect host taking our breakfast requests in advance for the morning ,so within a few minutes of sitting down in the lovely conservatory our `English` breakfast was served. (Yummy scrambled eggs! ). We had a stroll in the garden and enjoyed meeting Charlie the labrador. We were instantly at ease with Julie who takes great pride in her accomadation and service. Hope to visit again on a regular basis as it was the best `Chill` we have had for a long while. The beach, pubs, cafes and walks are all on the door step. What more could you ask !!??!!

I visit the area regularly and Windy Willums was recommended to me by a colleague when my usual accommodation was unavailable. As previous reviews have indicated from the original point of contact Julie was incredibly helpful and accommodating, nothing is too much trouble and especially as my programme is often changing day by day. I have stayed in all rooms now which are all very nicely appointed and always impeccably clean. Windy Willums is definitely my accommodation of choice when in the area, whether visiting on business or pleasure.

We stayed at Windy Willums for 2 nights during the bank holiday weekend. The owner Julie was very welcoming and had lots of good advice as we were new to the area. Our room was the smaller double-bedroom, but was still very spacious with a good size bathroom, but above all, everything was spotless and very clean!

Less than 2 minutes walk to the beach, the location is perfect! A stunning stretch of beach, backed by cliffs and woods is also very close by, along with cafes, a castle, a ferry stop, Mudeford quay, a natural reserve, etc etc... Plenty to see and do, even when the weather is not perfect.

Thank you Julie for the warm welcome and see you again soon.

From the initial phone call, to the welcoming arrival, the lovely breakfast and start to the day to the goodbye, we can only speak positively about our experience and stay at Windy Willums. We made a spontaneous decision to travel to Christchurch for a night and Julie was more than happy top put us up for a single night which many B&B's woudn't do on a bank holiday weekend.

Incredibly helpful, and accomodating Julie was a lovely host and her gorgeous two dogs are a pleasure. Breakfast in the conservatory was perfect.
Do yourself a favour and take a few minutes to venture out into their beautiful garden which is very clearly Julie's pride and joy and a real treat to experience.

The room and private bathroom was spacious, clean and well decorated and we will definitely recommend to friends and family.
