“Very good as usual for a premier inn”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 24, 2012 via mobile

This is a very nice hotel with good parking facilities and a very good beefeater next door!! The reception staff arr very helpful and Becci very professional and friendly, she clearly loves her job!! Rooms are clean with a good tv and 30 mins free Internet, no good for steaming but good to check email etc. shower was a little weak but it does the job and no air con. Bed very comfortable and clean. Good hotel and I would revisit.

We stayed here on the second night of our short break, after a tiring but great day at Longleat and on our way to Portsmouth. The room was very comfortable, warm and clean. What more could you ask for? We slept well, as we always do at a Premier Inn. Breakfast was a hot and cold buffet which was excellent value, we were able to take our time and eat as much as wanted. As always, a great stay!

We stayed one night during a midweek break. We had Room 68 on the first floor. The Room was lovely and all we'd expect from a premier inn, comfortable beds and clean, our only issue really was a very tiny bathroom, far smaller than any we'd had at a premier inn (and we've been to many) the floor space was little more than a public convenience cubicle, this wasn't really a problem, more of an observation. There are no lifts in this premier inn, so if you have mobility issues mention it at booking to get a ground floor room. Nearby is a Sainsburys and a KFC, Lidl and Pc World aren't far either. The Beefeater next door served lovely meals and their desserts for 2, are massive so be warned!! Would stay again if we were in the area.

Room Tip: no lift so ask for ground floor if you have mobility issues

Had a large booking at the Hotel for 2 nights at the beginning of May. From the moment we checked in with Claire, the experience was a really positive one. All staff made us feel very welcome and Rebecca couldnt do enough to make sure our stay was a great one. Even giving her well wishes for our Wedding.
Some of our guests had never stayed at a Premier Inn and were very impressed. A few even stayed on for an extra night or two as they were having such a lovely weekend.
With many Wedding guests booked in for at least 2 nights, not one person had a bad word to say about the Hotel.
It was clean, friendly, quiet room and all the mod-cons for a lovely stay and all for a great price. My only negative was the heating kept switching itself off and so got a bit cold. I had to keep re-adjusting the temperature to keep it working.
I highly recommend this Hotel and the staff (mainly Claire and Rebecca) made the experience even better.

Room Tip: I stayed in room 83 and it was tucked up out the way and very quiet. It is a bit of a walk from rec...

Just spent 4 days at Premier Inn Christchurch England. If you do not have or take a mobile phone

you could have a problem, as there are no telephones in the rooms. I was booked on the 1st floor

but as there are no lifts they did move to the ground floor. The staff were very helpful explaining

that they liked to put single ladies on the 1st floor for security reasons. The restaurant was very

good value , but it could do with a little bit of paint work especially around the window sills

where there was the odd ant crawling about. For a single person staying Friday to Tuesday I thought a little expensive. If I go again I won,t go at the weekend as that is where the price went up. Great for families. Finally take tissues with you as there are none in the bathroom!!

Room Tip: Book on the ground floor as there are no lifts.

We stayed here as a group of 14 for one night and I couldn't have been more impressed. The hotel itself is great, ample parking, nice big clean rooms and a great breakfast buffet for the morning. What really impressed me though were the staff. They were all incredibly helpful and nothing was too much trouble. They even arranged for a tow-truck to come and jump start one of our cars in the morning, (thanks Rebecca, fantastic). It's nice to go somewhere where service isn't dead. I would definitely stay here again.

Excellent choice for one night close to the South Hampshire coast, The room was very quiet and we really had a very good night sleep. We booked early and the value for money was fantastic,
