I stayed for 1 night in the twin room and my colleague stayed in the single room. The rooms were modern and decorated to a beautifully contemporary style, they were extremely clean with fantastic en-suites which had wonderful power showers!
Breakfast could not be faulted, with a selection of cereals, yogurts, fruits, seeds and nuts, pastries and a cooked breakfast (cooked to order).
Everything about this B&B was extremely delightful. My colleague and I were hugely impressed and it was very reasonably priced.

While this place only has 5 rooms it felt a lot more like staying in a hotel. Certainly, the cleanliness, comfort and amenities were second to none. The huge selection of teas/coffees in the room (that impresses me), the chocolate on the pillow and fresh flowers are all extra bits that make the stay really pleasant.

I visited for just one night while on business. The single room was booked so i took the twin room. The shower was hot and very powerful, bundles of towels and a neat hanging system in the corner, meaning i didn't have to unpack in to a wardrobe and didn't leave anything behind.

Breakfast was a full English with locally sourced Bacon and Sausage. Home made bread and plentiful coffees to boot.

The place is on a main road and so is very handy for local amenities though personally i didn't venture far. It can be easy to miss the B&B if you're not looking for it. Just keep an eye out for the sail logo on the front.

Chris was a wonderful host and more than happy for me to loiter after breakfast, watching the Winter Olympics and catching up with the news (using their wifi).

Room Tip: I stayed in the twin room but i understand the ground floor room (Hengitsbury?) is the most luxuriou...

I stayed for two nights at the Waters Reach in the Mudeford Room (single), which is excellent value for a solo traveller. Everything about the Waters Reach is first class and the breakfast cooked to order by Chris is sumptuous. There is also a very good range of fruit, Dorset cereals and Greek Yoghurt etc. The b&b is close to Christchurch station and is well served by three bus routes into Bournemouth with the centre of Christchurch only a ten minute walk away. I strongly recommend the Waters Reach for comfort and quality and a warm welcome.

Brilliant, couldn't fault it. Spotlessly clean rooms, modern and contemporary, excellent breakfast, friendly hosts. What more could you ask for! There was parking off road and the station is not far away. The weather was rubbish but we couldn't blame Waters Reach for that

My husband and I and our 10 month old baby stayed at Waters Reach two weekends ago and Chris and Heather were so welcoming right from the beginning. Travelling with a baby isn't always easy but Chris and Heather went out of their way to make us feel relaxed and 'at home'. Nothing was too much to ask them. The accommodation was great - our room was immaculate and stylishly decorated. The bathroom was huge and modern. The bed was one of the best bits - luxuriously comfortable. Breakfast must also get a mention, it was delicious and we loved both the cooked and buffet options (and were especially touched that Heather catered for my daughter's dairy allergy). We are returning to Bournemouth in a few weeks time and have already rebooked at Waters Reach which I think says it all!

Welcoming B&B- well located for Christchurch and eating out. The room, bathroom and all areas were super clean with hearty breakfasts in relaxed surroundings. Chris and Heather are lovely hosts with lots of ideas for places to eat and see in the area.
