“Made our Wedding Day Perfect :) Thank you!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2012

We had our wedding at the Westville Hotel at the end of July last year, and I have to say that they were amazing! I have to specifically mention Mary here firstly, as I am sure I had her head tortured in the weeks coming up to the wedding! But nothing was too much trouble for her and she was always only too willing to help!

It is a beautiful hotel, but they really went above and beyond to make it extra special for the day & it looked amazing! Terri did such a good job and she was a dream wedding co-ordinator! She was very calming and & reassuring which is just what every bride to be needs!

The food was absolutely perfect thanks to Gavin - who is the most amazing chef! Every time we went there for a meal it was absolutely delicious! He was so good helping us choose the menu too & everyone commented on the food on the day - they all loved it!

Nicky was great to deal with & when we first went to visit the Westville, it was the real family run hotel experience that we loved & sold us on booking here. He was also brilliant at helping us find musicians for the drinks reception & other suppliers too.
Everyone working there, including all the bar staff, waitresses, cleaners etc were so friendly.

The day ran so smoothly & we were thrilled with the service provided.

If you are thinking about booking the Westville for your wedding, we would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone!

Thanks again for everything! We will be back regularly!!

Tori & Michael

I arrived at this hotel for a stay for the sixth time in 2 years and again it came up trumphs
in every department, especially staff service.

In particular Louisa on reception sorted out a problem I had quickly and efficiently adding to the enjoyment of my stay once again.

Food was good value for money and breakfast delicious.

This is the only hotel I would use in this area and can't fautl it in any department.

Great Location, comfortable bedroom, excellent staff, hearty breakfast and free car-parking.
I stayed 2 nights and found the staff of the hotel helpful, very friendly and work non-stop. Even brought my meal up to the room at no extra charge. When I arrived the bedroom was cold, I telephoned reception and within minutes the heating was turned up and the porter came in to check that I was happy. Small boutique hotel, who aim to please.
Will definately visit again.

This is a new modern hotel with loads of potential but have to get a few issues sorted.

On the plus, everything is fresh and clean. The rooms have loads of space and the bed was comfortable. The staff were very friendly and seemed to work non-stop. The food was good (I ate in the bar and couldnt fault it). The location is very good a few minutes walk to the town centre and there is a 24 hour shop just to the left of the hotel. And the area is safe and clean (very much like all of Enniskillen)

The negative, I was here on business and needed wifi, but it wasnt workign and when it did it was very weak. The shower head was broken (and must have been for a considerable length of time) also in the morning there was a strong fowl smell from the water. I was on the first floor and the noise of residents just walking on the floor above was very distracting - sounded like the upper floor was made of plywood.

This is a nice hotel and there is real potential here but they need to minor issues sorted to make it a really good hotel, hopefully they will get there soon

I stayed at the Westville for 3 nights on a business trip. The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. The room was lovely, with a huge bed and plenty of space. No noise disturbance at all, a really comfy nights sleep. The breakfast in the resteraunt was fab - cooked to perfection - the full Irish really set you up for the day. The bar was relaxed also - cant comment on the food but the service was good and the coffee to die for. This is a beautiful part of the world and the Westville makes for a great base to explore from. We walked into town in the evenings, it took about 10 - 15 mins. Some lovely pubs and places to eat. Give it a go, you wont be disappointed
