“Great afternoon tea ( just remember no cards!)”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 31, 2013 via mobile

Brilliant freshly baked scones on the cream tea that means just a little extra wait , and ensures always full! Serve great Cornish tea from tregothnan and at least 3 large cups per person in a pot! Great kea plum jam with the savory tea. Feels like a step back in time, a family treat when in Fowey.

“Quaint old fashioned tea rooms”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 5, 2013 via mobile

Plenty of staff with a warm welcoming feeling to the place.
A lovely selection of cakes and teas.
Hight tea lovely although a little expensive for the amount of food you get.

“delightfully quirky tea shop”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 4, 2013

Loved the character of this place. Good choice of teas. Hot scones with clotted cream and jam cheered up a grey drizzly day. Very friendly and worth a visit.

“Lovely little place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 3, 2013

This cafe is so lovely: great service and great food. Love going there for cake and coffee or hot choc, and the soup is amazing! The staff are lovely and friendly and nothing seems too much trouble.

“What a germ!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 30, 2012

The atmosphere is welcoming and homely and the staff really know their teas and coffees. After discussion, we decided to try the China Earl Gray- and did not regret it. The selection of cakes was wider than we seen for many years. It was hard to make a choice but the ginger cake and the warm almond with blueberries proved to be delicious. We spent rather more than we thought when we dropped in for coffee as we bought some of the loose tea plus a a teapot with a special filter to make a really good cup of tea!
