“Good fun”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed April 7, 2013

We had a 2 for 1 voucher for here so decided to visit.I thought it was different and there was quite alot to see.I particularly liked the Chelsea Pensioner model,as my grandad used to be one.The Queen Victoria display was interesting. There were other displays such as horror ones, shops and a train station.
I don't think I would go there again or want to pay full price.
The tearoom looked nice but we didn't have time to stop.

“Brilliant time warp to the past!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 6, 2013

This is great and the staff are a blast from the past too in the sense of fabulous customer service and care. Not many places have such accomodating people but this does with particular thanks to Darren who was very cheerful and accomodating.

The displays are well presented and the ride was great.

We had a grear time and this is fully pushchair accessible with a lovely cafe at the end.

“Nice walk into the past”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed April 5, 2013

A lovely little museum but a little overpriced for what it is and felt a little cramped in places, the collections were interesting and the street scene was very charming, ok if you want to kill a bit of time on a cold or rainy day

“HIGHLY ENJOYABLE”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 23, 2013

Our first visit to Yesterday's World do we were not too sure what to expect. We were not disappointed. Some of the exhibits were a little corny but most were great fun, especially the Carousel and the Mirrors. I only wish I had brought more 10 pences for the slot machines.

We had coffee and sandwiches in the Tea Room and the food was beautifully prepared and tasty. Unfortunately, the Tea Room was rather cold so we did not prolong the stay. We will definately visit the museum again the next time we are in Yarmouth.

The staff were very friendly and helpful and obviously enjoyed working there, particularly Darren who spoke so passionately about the museum and his interest in the "old days".
