“Lovely food, pleasant hostess”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012 via mobile

We ate here on a Friday night at the end of September, I'm not sure if it was due to it being the end of the season, but we were the only customers. This did not affect how nice the food or service was. There were three different priced menus, or you could choose individually from the menu. We chose the €21.50 menu, which had two choices for both starter, main and desert. We had a salmon terrine to start with which was very tasty, and chicken for the main, again very tasty. For desert we had crepes filled with chocolate and raspberry which seemed an unlikely flavour match but was very nice. The wine started from €14.00, and was also available in half bottles. The hostess was very pleasant and cheery. Food was very good. Decor was modern. Our meal came to approx €70, included 2 x €21.50 menu, 2 x kir royal aperitif, a bottle of water and a bottle of wine, we thought this was good value for the food served. Well worth a visit if you're in the area

“Very Modern”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed September 30, 2012

We have not been to this restaurant for a couple of years as it was not very good at all, however this August someone said it had been refurbished and worth a visit. So of we went and it was lovely, clean, airy and modern.
The food was wonderful and the presentation was beautiful. There is a set menu for the evening (not much choice but who cares) around 22 Euros and well worth the money, my only gripe was the price of the wine which was high and no choice of house wine. At lunch time there is a buffet starter (lots of choice) a main and desert all for 11 euros oh I forgot the bottle of red and the bottle of cider and the bottle of water as most places at lunch also included. We are going back at the end of October and I shall certainly be bringing my friends. Well Done!! At last a great place to eat in Lassay.
