Description: The new ‘PARMA’ opened in February 2013 under new management - is an authentic Italian eatery – the only one in Knutsford owned and run by Italians! Offering authentic Italian style 12″ pizza and ‘al dente’ pasta to eat in or take away as well as a wide range of tapas (assaggi), salads and chopping boards (taglieri). We celebrate the great hams, cheeses and products of the Parma and Emilia region which is a theme throughout the menu and we bake our own bread for great panini and bruschette! All our food is made fresh to order so you can choose your own toppings or sauces or even have gluten free and fresh pasta. Come and try one of our Italian cocktails or draught Moretti beer at the new bar whilst watching your pizza being prepared in front of you by our expert pizzaiolo! We are the only ones in town to do a half a meter party pizza to share at only £15.50! Every other dish on the menu is under £10 and we have the most sensibly priced wine list for miles around with Pinot Grigio and Montepulciano at just £11.00 a bottle. We are open 7 days a week from 8am for breakfast, and throughout the day and late into the evening. We have offers throughout the week including all coffee at just £1.00 weekday mornings (or free is ordered with food!) and live music and happy hour at weekends. You can pop in just for a coffee or a glass of wine and a tapas or you can have a full three course Italian feast; everyone gets a big warm Italian welcome! Parties and group bookings also welcome and we are also available for private hire and outside catering. Our Italian products are directly sourced from selected producers and suppliers in Italy and are also available for sale from our deli and shop on the premises or on our market stool once a month. Our menu is constantly updated and the wine list changes every season; our Specials Board also changes daily depending upon what is in season using local farms and suppliers. We also have a children’s menu and a Sunday roast at just £7.50 per head so why not bring the whole family? Vi aspettiamo a presto – Ciao!

“good value, average taste”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2014

Ate lunch here while visiting the town. The service was good and attentive, the food was plentiful, hot but a little bland. A free drink with the lunch was a nice touch and we were well looked after. We only had a pasta dish each so perhaps there is better on the menu but the food was a little disappointing

“Beautiful food, great service, an oasis of calm”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 4, 2014

Having been turned away from a half empty Loch Fyne as they were short staffed we walked up the hill and into Parma. The staff are friendly, the food excellent and the specials come with a glass of wine or a pint included. The children's portions were generous and delicious. The hot chocolate is to die for! The main seating is upstairs, last time we came we parked our pram at the foot of the stairs. This time the kids walked up the stairs themselves. We won't leave it so long next time until we come back. Two adult meals, a wine, a beer, two kids meals, two hot chocolates were £31 so fantastic value too.

“Knutsford's best Italian restaurant”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed November 2, 2014

Thoroughly pleasant, welcoming, friendly staff. Great quality food and fabulous value for money.
The specials include a free drink. The mixed starter boards are tasty and imaginative

“Very disappointed”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 28, 2014 via mobile

I use to really enjoy going to via via and them Parma. had many great meals. The last time a went September time I couldn't even start my meal it was so unappetising. I paid in full and left no one asked what was wrong or offer any good will gesture. Was very disappointed. Real shame it used to be a great place
