Ate here as a family of 4 on Sunday night. The decor looks to have been refreshed rather than a full refurb during the recent closure but I don't think a full refurb was needed anyway! The staff are mostly young and learning their trade but they're all very friendly and efficient. The management keep a good eye on things and take time to talk to diners. The menu has a wide variety of choices so most people should be able to find something that appeals.
Our selections were all very well cooked and tasty, have to say that my pudding of marmalade bread and butter pudding pretty much justifies a return trip on its own.
Will definitely be back.
