This place wasn't really for me, sticky room carpet, stark and depressing. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable.

It was very cheap, at £52 but still wouldn't want to go back again, I think they have taken 'no frills' to a whole new level

I cannot find any fault with my recent stay at the Loughborough Travelodge.
My room was very clean and well maintained.
The double bed was comfortable and fresh....just as promised.
I had everything I needed during my two night stay including 30 minutes free Wifi each day.
My room had a nice view of the canal and the surrounding countryside.
The staff were very professional and particularly pleasant and welcoming. They were anxious to please.
I would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

The best option in Loughborough. Late check in was easy. Friendly staff both in the evening and morning. The room was clean and the bed comfy. Try the Blue Monkey pub! I would stay there again. Good value.

ppointed with the room.  Only 2 tea bags and 4 coffees with 6 cartons of milk.  No biscuits. No bath and no ventilation in the bathroom.  No lock on the bathroom door.  No net curtains so we had to draw the curtains.  No dedicated cycle parking.  No restaurant for breakfast.  I shall think twice before booking with Travelodge again.

Spent the night here before flying out from East Midlands Airport. Good location, comfortable rooms, friendly staff. Only downside is that the Travelodge doesn't have its own car park and the nearby NCP closes from around midnight to 6am - no good if you have an early departure.

Other than the lift doors being a bit too quick for my ageing body & the disabled parking bays being occupied by ignorant non customers without blue badges everything else just perfect. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, the hotel was warm and comfortable.

Unfortunately this is the second experience of a Travelodge I've had whilst working away - they aren't great but it all seemed to function as it should. The vending machine/restaurant was splendid addition if you fancied a bag of M&M's and a packet of salt and vinegar for brekkie. Top tip, Sainsburys cafe opens at 08.00am and does a great brekkie - 2 minute walk.
