“A real coffee shop”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed April 23, 2012

This is a gem in Ross on Wye.
If you want real coffee and locally made goods to go with it then you can't go wrong with pots and pieces.
The staff are friendly and helpful and if you get board with the conversation there are lots of locals art work all around the shop for you to peruse and purchase.

“Genuine friendly welcome”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2012

Avoid the 'brands' and enjoy a good cup of tea or coffee with an opportunity to look at some inspiring craft work and gifts. The staff are all very friendly and if you plan to visit more than once then take advantage of the loyalty card for a free cup of coffee.

Thank you for your lovely review. As you know, we have recently changed our line up of homemade cakes but if it's just drinks and a read of the local paper you want then that is fine by us as well. We look forward to seeing you again soon.

“A very relaxing atmosphere, very friendly staff and delicious cream tea!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 12, 2012

Having come for only a short stay, we only had a few hours in Ross on Wye before having to leave to go home. We mooched around the lovely square and they had a small market on selling local produce and second hand books. This worked up a thirst so we went in to Pots and Pieces. Such a lovely and welcoming tea room/ shop that sold some lovely things. Amazing cream tea!! Its was very busy in there but the staff were lovely. There was a particular lady who I think may have been the owner. I felt very welcomed by her. Its a must if you're visiting!!!!!

“Atmospheric tea rooms”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed September 18, 2011

Peaceful, relaxing and comfortable. Delicious cream tea, although scones rather on the small side but the amount of tea in the pot more than made up for that - four full cups! Lovely things on sale - ornaments, etc.

Thank you for your lovely review. We have noted your comment on the size of our homemade scones. We choose to serve two small scones per person as often our customers like to share and it makes it really easy to split the cream tea two ways. Should you visit us again, be sure to ask for an extra scone and we will be happy to supply it.
