I visited this restaurant on 27th Dec at about 2pm we were three ladies who had been hitting the sales big style and seriously needed to lunch! When we arrived 60% of the tables were empty but the waitress said the kitchen was " behind with orders and they were not taking any more orders for 20 mins so could we come back". We said we were happy to wait for food but rather than coming back could we sit at one of the numerous empty tables and have a bottle of wine while we waited, we had very tired feet and lots of shopping and just wanted to sit down. She asked the young man who seemed to be in charge and he said "no" no reason just no. So we left. that's about £60 business they lost and given its not the first time I have received poor service there that's a local customer they have lost who has told all her friends. I think there is a real management training opportunity in this restaurant it gives the whole brand a bad name
