We've visited twice, once with my mum and girlfriend and once with just my girlfriend. Unless you want to fork out on treatments, it is just a tiny gym and a hot tub and indoor relaxation rooms (i.e. sunloungers or beds to relax on). There is no pool and the steam/sauna are in the mens/womens changing rooms - so not something you can do as a couple.
It is cheap, the first time we loved it, the second time we got a full refund because service was shocking. Avoid lunch in the spa and stick with the hotel main restaurants which are superb.
